Sterling and Euro
When you download the fire.com personal app, you get both a sterling and euro account – each with its own details. We issue sort code and account numbers for sterling accounts and issue IE IBANs for euro accounts.
Pay and get paid
Make and receive payments
Using the Fire personal app you may pay and get paid by bank transfer in both sterling and euro. You may pay your bills by direct debit and move funds instantly between your Fire accounts. You may make real time payments to other Fire users.
Real time notifications
Order your fire.com debit card and shop in store, online or take out cash. Every time you use your card, we will alert you. You can block your card any time using the Fire personal app.

How do we compare to a high street bank?
Our service is different from that provided by high street banks. To help you decide if Fire is a good option for you, please note that we do not provide credit, credit cards, loans or overdrafts. We do not support cheques and it is not possible to lodge cash to a Fire Business Account. Our Fee Structure is a bit different from most high street banks too – any fees and charges are taken as part of the transaction at the time of payment – we do no charge monthly, quarterly or annual fees.
Regulated in the EU and UK and licenced to provide payments services for more than ten years, Fire is a member of numerous payment schemes and networks. We are a team with decades of payment expertise and experience and some of largest financial institutions in the world work with us. Fire is a principal issuer of Mastercard® debit cards and an approved provider of Faster Payments, Bacs, Direct Debits, SEPA and Open Banking. All client funds are segregated, ring fenced and held with tier-one financial institutions, in line with UK and EU legislation.
