Marketing Executive
We are seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive on a one-year fixed term (maternity cover) contract, based in Dublin, commencing September/October 2025, to help maintain our marketing activities and online presence.

What is the role?
We are seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive on a one-year fixed term (maternity cover) contract, based in Dublin, commencing September/October 2025, to help maintain our marketing activities and online presence. Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining marketing assets
- Manage the fire.com website to ensure it reflects current product features and marketing initiatives.
- Manage company photography, including capturing event photos, maintaining up-to-date employee headshots, and overseeing a library of original Fire imagery.
- Developing and maintaining offline marketing materials – business cards and promotional items.
- Providing marketing support and responding to marketing-related queries.
- Report on key marketing KPIs and performance metrics on a monthly basis.
Driving content marketing
- Coordinate the content team to publish regular articles and case studies on the company website.
- Work with Fire’s digital growth agency to guide and implement Fire’s SEO and content strategy.
- Create and manage customer communications via email (primarily using Mailchimp).
Engagement and lead generation
- Managing Fire’s social media channels with regular weekly posts, including creating post ideas and supporting imagery using basic design tools.
- Support the marketing aspects of online and offline events, including organising branded materials and advertising activities to drive engagement.
- Maintain engagement across Fire-branded digital channels with regular content, updates, & visuals.
This role requires strong time management and multitasking skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to work collaboratively within a small, dynamic team.
What should you have?
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably in a related sector.
- A passion for digital marketing with a practical understanding of content marketing, social media management, web site management and SEO principles.
- Experience or strong interest in design, with the ability to use basic tools like Figma and Photoshop to create and adapt marketing imagery.
- Excellent organisational and communications skills.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, comfortable working independently.
