Fire has appointed Patrick Donohoe as executive director to its board, adding financial and governance expertise as the business continues to scale its operations across Ireland and the UK.
Patrick Donohoe joins Fire’s board as executive director, bringing deep expertise in finance, risk and capital markets to support continued growth.

Fire has appointed Patrick Donohoe as executive director to its board, further strengthening its leadership team with expertise in finance, regulatory engagement and structured capital markets.
Paddy currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Fire, where he plays a key role in financial planning, reporting and strategic oversight across the group.
A Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, Paddy brings over a decade of experience in the financial services sector, having held senior roles across banking, fintech, and regulated payment institutions. Most recently, he was Head of Finance and Executive Director at Close Brothers Motor Finance, where he led on financial stewardship, capital structuring and regulatory engagement with the Central Bank of Ireland.
Paddy has played a leading role in key industry transactions, including securitisations, investor relations and the structuring of large-scale funding arrangements. He has held multiple PCF roles under the Central Bank’s fitness and probity regime, including Head of Finance and Executive Director, and has presented regularly at board level on financial performance, risk and capital planning.
