What is the role?
Reporting directly to the CEO and CFO, this is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and ambitious person to support the CEO and management team in a fast-paced environment. The role will involve organising all administrative activities, facilitating the smooth running of the office and working with a passionate and highly experienced team.
The role entails:
- Personal Assistant – Coordinate and support the CEO’s and management team day to day tasks including travel, agendas, email and diary.
- HR – providing HR assistance including policies, induction, contracts, etc.
- Recruitment – main point of contact for all recruitment activities (advertising of roles, interviewing, liaising with candidates…)
- Facilities – point of contact for both Dublin and London offices, ensuring quality office environment, liaising with multiple service providers as required.
- Finance – support with expenses, invoicing, payments and procurement.
- Events – coordinate and organise offsites, conferences, training, exhibitions etc.
- Ad-hoc – assist in a variety of projects as required from time to time.
The successful candidate will report to our Head of Sales and will have the opportunity to work closely with other senior stakeholders from across the company. As a fast-moving fintech business you will have a wonderful opportunity to take responsibility, interact with, and learn how the payments sector works.
What should you have?
The ideal candidate will possess great attention to detail, excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. Educated to degree level or equivalent training, you will have 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role. Someone with a keen interest in the Fintech industry.
